Tutor Guardian Meet-09
The ultimate purpose of our institute is to guide young generation, developing their innate powers and resources to surmount the pedestal of life with dignity and pride. Having this fact in mind, the culture of ‘Tutor Guardian’ has been implemented in GYAN VIHAR SCHOOL OF ENGG&TECH, wherein faculty acts as a Tutor Guardian to the students. They are the ‘Tutor’ who constantly monitors the overall development of the students including discipline, academic performance and attendance, etc. Besides this they also act as ‘Guide’ who counsels the students whenever and wherever needed.
Further more, the teacher as a guardian plays three vital responsibilities towards students, viz.
· To know students individually, to probe their inherent as well as acquired habits affecting their lives.
· Expressing affection towards students. It is this affection that dissolves the students’ natural tendency to resist being told what to do. Thus the advice penetrates more deeply and effectively.
· Focusing on students’ progress by providing a refined and optimistic vision towards life.
Taking for granted co-operation of parents for the same, we have planned the Tutor Guardian Meet-09 on 11th April’ 09. We request all the parents to join us for this meeting so that together we can plan a bright future for the child ahead.
Venue: - Round Building
