A night of miracles ——- Students rock the OAT in the x-animo 09
“It is, in fact, nothing short of a miracle that the modern methods of instruction have not entirely strangled the holy curiosity of inquiry.”
But once a year we at SGV University willingly and quite happily suspend our “curiosity of inquiry” to let our hair down and celebrate X-Animo our Annual Day held every year in the month of March. It offers a forum to the students to showcase their talent in the areas of light music, dance, mimicking, modeling or whatever follies their fertile imagination may encourage them to venture into.
This annual evening soiree provides a well deserved reprieve to our students from their hectic study schedules and give them a chance to celebrate with their colleagues and their and bring good cheer to their mates. It is a competition where every one is a winner - even those who sit and applaud. Hidden talents come out of hiding, the shy and the chary become performers par excellence; in word it is a night for miracles. And the memories live on long after the show is over.
Inauguration of Secrecy Section
Inauguration Ceremony of newly Constructed Examination and Secrecy Section of Suresh Gyan Vihar University was held on 18th March 2009 at 2:00 pm. Ribbon cutting ceremony was performed by Hon’ble Chancellor Sh. Sunil Sharma in the presence of the Vice Chancellor Dr. Sudhanshu, Pro Vice Chancellor Maj. Gen. B.K. Verma, Deans Principals, Others Officers and staff of Examination and Secrecy Section. Controller of Examinations Mr. G.P. Gupta expressed his gratitude to each and every one for their presence.

Celebration of Royal Managers
Suresh Gyan Vihar University the first research based university of India is pleased to invite teams from all management colleges and institutes to participate in the “Management Fest-09” of ISBM- International School of Business Management.
The evolution trajectory of ISBM- started in 2004, substantiates its position in the realm of management education in India in the short span of just five years.
The purpose of moulding students into management personalities is the common chord that binds all the management schools together and thus necessitates a common meeting ground. This management festival of ISBM is aimed at providing a common platform to the management students; to put them in the state of competition, and networking endeavour-a sort of exercise in management to promote and enhance their management caliber.
The “Management Fest-09” is being scheduled on 20th and 21st March’09. It comprises of events like-Horizon, Calibra, Velocity,Expressions, Kreation, Rhythm and Shades.
So come, share, explore, innovate, discover and find…………….. a new yourself.
FAREWELL, SO LONG, GOODBYE
“Everything in life has a beautiful ending. If it’s not beautiful then believe me it’s not the end. It’s the beginning of something more beautiful”.
On this rather schmaltzy note the first year batches of ISBM bid a fond farewell to their seniors of BBA IIIrd Yr., MIB IInd Yr., MBA IVth Sem., and PGDBM IVth Sem.. The party was a fun filled soiree with a dose of the expected sentimental and at times emotional farewell messages. The event however ended on a high note with a no holds barred DJ led bash and a delicious dinner.
