ISBM student has planned an industrial visit to Goa which started from 11th of April 2000 to 18th April 2011. 93 students along with faculty members started their journey on 11th April by bus from Jaipur to kota Railway Station. We boarded the train at 1:30 pm tour kota to Goa (thevin station), from thevin station buses were arranged by tour operator for the Resort at calingante Beach.
After reaching the hotel we relax a bit and then move for beaches near the hotel. Where students enjoyed the water sports. On day two we have visited the fort auguada (Historical Property) another beach which was enjoyed by the students a lot. We have covered panaji area on day three and visited the St. Francis Church which was 450 years old and had a historical value. Students has gone for the boat cruise and enjoined the boat cruise, On the last day we have visited the service industry property Alor, addressed by the project Manager, F+B Manager and the G.M of the property and he inform the students about the opportunities and Avenues which can be exploited by the students of Management field in different category.
They have also informed the students that they can apply in front office, marketing and HR deptt. We have visited Astha manufactures who are dealing in export business; there they informed the students about the opportunity in the industry. They had an interaction with the students and responded effectively about their questions.
We returned back from Goa on 18th April 2011. we can say that the tour was enjoyable and gave some new ideas to the students to explore the area of manufacturing and service Industry.
